We offer a 30-day money back guarantee from the date your order is delivered.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within this period.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- All original tags and packaging must be included
- The return request must be made within 30 days of delivery
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
Return instructions and the return address will be provided after your request is approved.
Non-Returnable Situations
Returns may not be accepted in the following cases:
- Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery
- Items returned without prior approval
- Requests made after the 30-day period
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Photos of the item
- Your order number
We will provide a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this time, the order may already be processed and cannot be canceled.
