Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Orders placed before 5:00 PM (EST) are typically processed the same business day. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.

Please note that orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

Shipping Rates

We offer USPS Express® Shipping (Tracked & Insured) for all orders.

Shipping Cost: $4.95-9.95

The shipping cost will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Time

After processing, the estimated delivery time is:

United States: 5–12 business days
International: 5–12 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, customs processing, and shipping carrier delays.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package throughout the delivery process.

Please allow 1–3 days for tracking information to update after shipment.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that all shipping information is correct at checkout. Revix is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Revix is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

If you believe your package has been lost in transit, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
